Plan skip collection and exchanges during your project
Decide whether your job needs one drop and collection or replacement containers. Agree trips around work stages and check what daily, weekly or monthly rental includes.
Separate the rental period from truck trips
Daily, weekly and monthly rental are available under the agreed contract. Duration describes the rental period; it does not by itself promise daily pulls or unlimited exchanges. Confirm container quantities, drops, collections and included replacements, along with how an additional trip or extension is handled. Clear terms help you compare quotations before work starts.
Match the exchange plan to the work
A job producing waste in one defined stage may need one agreed collection. For successive breakout and finishing phases, discuss an empty replacement when the loaded skip is collected. Describe each stage's materials because loading terms may differ. A same-visit exchange or several skips on site needs confirmation based on availability and placement space.
Give notice before a full skip blocks progress
Contact us before reaching the agreed loading limit and say whether you need final collection or collection with a replacement. Send the location, a current photo and the site's preferred time. A full skip does not establish immediate truck availability; wait for confirmation. If the programme changes or the rental period ends before the job, discuss an extension early under the contract.
Quick checklist
