Building-waste skips in North Riyadh
Al Malqa, Al Yasmin, Al Sahafa, Al Arid: villa shells and fit-out. 20 yards for fit-out, 30 yards when the structure is coming down rather than being dressed.
Size that usually fits: Either, depending on the street
North Riyadh is not only old demolition. Most calls are villas still going up: spare block, timber, gypsum, tile. Those are relatively light, so a 20-yard fills by volume before it hits the weight line.
Demolition is the other case. A roof slab or foundations load the box while it still looks half empty. We stop at the weight limit, not at the steel rim, and we say that before the last layer goes in.
The drive from Sulay is longer, so we batch the north into one window instead of sending a truck for a single bin at the end of the day. If your site can take a morning drop, same-day is more realistic.
