Debris container in Al Qairawan
A newer villa district. Streets in the new plans are wider than old north Riyadh, but the gate decides, not the district name.
Size that usually fits: Either, depending on the street
Al Qairawan shows up constantly on new-villa calls. The skip arrives at a shell that still has no interior finish, and the waste is block, light steel and returned cement.
We do not drop in the middle of the lane if the plot has a side entrance. A map pin is not enough. We want a photo from the gate toward the street on the day you book, because parked cars change the real width.
Excavation spoil is not fit-out waste. Soil and concrete hit the weight while the bin looks short. In Qairawan we prefer a 20-yard for a limited dig, and a 30 only when the courtyard can hold it and nobody plans to crown it with soil.
What usually leaves this district
- Villa shell waste
- Annex fit-out
- Temporary wall removal
- Courtyard spoil after excavation
