Riyadh districts we schedule

Rubble-skip coverage from Al Sulay across east, north, south and west Riyadh. The slot changes with distance and street width.

• Al Sulay

  20 and 30 yard skips for workshops, warehouses and sites in Al Sulay. The yard is here, so the drive is the short one.

• Industrial and Khurais / Kharj side

  Contractors and plants along the industrial belt usually want a 30-yard standing inside the yard, not on the public road.

• East Riyadh

  Al Naseem, Al Rawdah, Ishbiliyah, Qurtubah, Al Khaleej: villa and shop renovations. A 20-yard is the usual fit because a residential street will not take a taller box.

• North Riyadh

  Al Malqa, Al Yasmin, Al Sahafa, Al Arid: villa shells and fit-out. 20 yards for fit-out, 30 yards when the structure is coming down rather than being dressed.

• Al Qairawan

  A newer villa district. Streets in the new plans are wider than old north Riyadh, but the gate decides, not the district name.

• Al Narjis

  Narjis villa fit-out fills a 20-yard with gypsum, tile and timber before you need the extra height of a 30.

• South Riyadh

  Al Shifa, Badr, Al Aziziyah, Al Dar Al Baida: older streets and low-rise demolition. Usually a 20-yard, because a 30 closes the lane.

• West Riyadh

  Irqah, Tuwaiq, Laban: a longer haul from Sulay. West-side orders are grouped into a run instead of a one-hour promise.
