Prepare site access and skip placement before delivery
Know what photos and access details to send before the hook-lift truck arrives. Agree placement, entry and exit, and report obstacles before confirming delivery.
Send the location and approach photos
Send the site pin within Riyadh, the street approach, gate and proposed container position. Show parked vehicles, slopes, uneven ground and visible obstacles. Include measured entrance dimensions if available; a single photo is not a reliable width measurement. Access needs review for the actual site and truck, so there is no universal guaranteed entrance clearance in this guide.
Keep the agreed position accessible until collection
Arrange suitable level ground and a position that keeps gates and necessary pedestrian routes open. Review the proposed location and any site permissions with the responsible person before agreeing delivery. Leave room for the loading door and lifting point, and keep the truck route clear of stored materials. Access needs to remain workable for collection as well as the initial drop.
Arrange the site contact and delivery window
Provide the name and phone number of the site contact, gate opening times and other delivery activity. A preferred time is a request until availability and access are confirmed. Report changes to the gate, skip position or street before arrival. Let the driver review the operating space and keep clear of the container and lifting arm while the truck is working.
