Rubble, backfill and construction waste: three names, one job
People search three words for the same skip. The material changes the weight, not the company name.
Rubble and demolition debris
Rubble means the breakout: concrete, block, brick, broken tile. It is also searched without the Arabic hamza spelling. It is the heaviest thing the skip carries, which is why we tell the contractor that a full look is a lie.
Backfill and spoil
In Riyadh orders, backfill is usually excavation soil, levelling spoil, or a wall that came down. Dry soil is lighter than concrete but clumps when wet. We do not mix it with wet organic waste.
Construction and fit-out waste
This name covers fit-out: gypsum, timber, rigid cardboard, tile, light steel. Volume is high and weight is kinder, so a 20-yard is the tool for this work in villa districts.
