Start with the type of collection
State whether the job is finished and you need final collection, or work continues and you need an empty replacement. If several containers are on site, identify the relevant one with a photo or visible marking. This avoids confusion about which skip to collect and whether a replacement is needed. Send the details needed to arrange the visit
